All Quiet on the Western Front out there? Were these movies not interesting to the regular listeners? Did we say everything there was to say, etc.?

Just curious.

Just finished watching The Ice Storm; listening to the podcast now :)

One scene that was really cool was when Elijah Wood's father brings him in the house. The shot lingered on him so much that it felt too awkward to watch, so I felt my head drifting off to the right. And that's where the next subject was framed. Wow.

Even in a throw-away Ang Lee film like Sense & Sensibility you notice the subtle and exquisite framing. The man either collaborates with great cinematographers or knows what he is doing visually.

Nope Drew. We're back at it tonight. The new show will go up later this week.
