Just got back from “I AM LEGEND” One of the all time most insulting endings ever. The Bullshit stank up the theatre. The last 20 minutes are enough to make you want to throw something at the screen. What an insult to the source material, and more importantly, at the audience.

I hope screenwriters Akiva Goldsman and Mark Protosevich both opt for early retirement, because they fucked up what could have been a good adaptations with this drivel.

Why am I not surprised.

I'd just like to say that "Boom! Boom goes the dynamite!" should be sampled and used at some point in every podcast from here on out.

I am Legend is not THAT bad. Video review forthcoming.

Note to self:

Add Andrew to my list of hate concerning I Am Legend.

Does this mean no "The Orphanage" pass?

I had not seen Last Man on Earth but after listening to this I was very interested to check it out. At the local Future Shop I came across a box set titled 'Horror Movie Classics' which has 10 such classics for the price of $20. I had to buy it not so much of the insane deal ($2 per film) but because of the selection of films, most of which I only know by reputation and have been eager to see...

check this list out:

Horror Hotel (yeah no idea)

House on Haunted Hill (Vincent Price - Maybe this was the film cover Marina was thinking of)

The Last Man on Earth

Night of the Living Dead

Dementia 13 (Francis Ford Coppola)

Nightmare Castle (organ music by Ennio Morricone)

The Terror (another Coppola film with Jack Nicholson and Boris Karloff)

Dr. Jeckyll and Mr Hyde

The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari (early german expressionism, yum)

Nosferatu (the Murnau classic I have never seen)

Have not watched it yet but it says it includes 'bloopers' and 'news reels'

anyways I think Kurt said he was going to buy Last Man on Earth... this might be something worth considering

I've just seen Lady In The Water. Any chance of a Forum where the movie can be discussed before your next podcast. I'd like to put down my thoughts somewhere, but here doesn't seem right.
